Taylor Leaphart- Founder

   

     Growing up with a childcare and early education background, the importance of education and learning has always had a presence in mind. In addition to other cultural experiences, my family loved to travel and hosted several foreign exchange students. These influences all came together as I grew older and I was able to make sense of the diversity and beauty of the world, giving me a great passion for global education and language learning. 

     After visiting many countries and spending many weeks immersed in foreign cultures, I have fallen in love with the people of the world and their diversity. Having seen other communities and people, it has not only shown me my true passion, but also has shown me areas where growth is desperately needed.

     Language has an amazing potential to connect people together and create an instant relationship with another person of a different culture. The need for foreign education is great and the possibilities from it are endless. It is important to not only speak the language but also be educated on different cultures as well. 

     This is the driving force that motivates me, as well as Bridge Books, to make an impact on early childhood education, through cultural experience and language learning.
